    • Ground floor bedroom with 1 Double Bed.
    • First floor bedroom with 1 Super king Bed which can be made into 2 single beds.

    • Bathrooms

    • Downstairs bathroom consists of Bath with built in Shower. WC and basin.

    • Kitchen

    • Cooker, hob, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, a dining table to seat 6 people and sideboard.

    • Living Rooms

    • Lounge consists of TV, 2 x 2 Seater Sofas, Coffee table, reading lamp tables.

    • Other

    • Garden conservatory consisting of a TV, two seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and lovely footstall.

All linen and bedding is provided, extra towels are available on request.

A deposit of 30% required at the time of booking, this is not refundable, the outstanding balance to be paid prior to arrival or in cash on arrival only. Cancellations would incur a charge of 5% of the rental price, all prices are in Pound Sterling and are subject to change without notice. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the house, pets are not allowed unless they are guide dogs or specially trained.
