Rental Prices

Rental requires a deposit to ensure the dates you book are confirmed, upon booking you will be given a temporary booking until the deposit is paid along with the booking forms that you will receive. This should be completed within 1 week of receiving the forms.
All prices are subject to change without warning, if changes are made after your booking and you have paid a deposit then you will not be affected by the change. All rates are in the currency of British Sterling Pound and are based on a per week rate. Short lets are available please let us know in advance. The property is a no smoking area and no pets are allowed unless authorized.
Cancellations within 1 week of arrival will forfeit the deposit, otherwise the deposit will be refunded. A security charge will be required on the day to ensure that there is no damage to the property during your stay. Please leave the property in the same way that you found it, any damages or breakages made will forfeit the security charge.
Availability
We are currently modifying our rental calender for the next year so please email us with the dates you want and we will confirm them, if your required dates are not available we will do our best to allocate the best dates where possible.

Anyone who needs transport should also enquire, we have a number of travel options including
taxis services, carrentals and airport transfers.
The nearest airport is London Stansted then followed by Gatwick airport.
